Ashwood Cottage

Formerly the Athol State School then a Girl Guide Hut, Ashwood Cottage was relocated from Pitsworth near Toowoomba. Today the outlook frames sweeping views from every window. A private timber deck with bar stools & wide timber rail for drinks and eats is where you'll spend most of your time — coffee in the morning, wine at dusk, beside a cast-iron freestanding bath. Inside, a comfy Queen bed dressed in 2000tc Eyptian cotton sheets, double shower, woodburning fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen for slow, unhurried mornings.

Meadow Camping Sites

Three boutique camping sites, each set well apart from the others in their own private corner of the paddock. Designed for caravans, RV's, or campervans only — all vehicles must be fully self-contained for potable water, shower, toilet, and grey water. BYO firepit. Maximum 3 sites. This is deliberately small — our point of difference is privacy and quiet, not volume.

Two bedroom, modern rustic cottage.

Westwood Cottage - coming in 2027

A modern take on original farm cottages, designed to capture the rustic character from a bygone era. Wide verandahs, woodburning fireplace, and a kitchen made for slow mornings and conversation. Sleeps up to four, making it the right choice for single adults, parents with older children over 14 years or two couples travelling or staying together.
